The project involves establishing an automated WhatsApp messaging system with features that enable message scheduling, delivery, and tracking as well as integration with other platforms. The vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical documentation, including step-by-step instructions for system setup, configuration, and maintenance, in addition to a System Administration Guide for long-term management and troubleshooting.
