An agency in India is seeking a qualified vendor to implement and support a bulk WhatsApp chatbot messaging solution. The project involves establishing an automated WhatsApp messaging system with features that enable message scheduling, delivery, and tracking as well as integration with other platforms. Real-time monitoring and visualization of message performance through a dashboard are required, along with seamless data flow from Google Sheets into the dashboard.

The vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical documentation, including step-by-step instructions for system setup, configuration, and maintenance, in addition to a System Administration Guide for long-term management and troubleshooting. The scope also involves building internal capacity within the organization to enable independent management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the system. At the conclusion of the nine-month engagement, a detailed report summarizing the process and key data insights must be delivered. The vendor will also offer on-call or periodic technical support and be prepared to troubleshoot integration, API, and data flow issues as they arise.

Vendors interested in this opportunity must submit any questions regarding the requirements by December 23, 2025.
