DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive sign replacement services for Building N on the main college campus in South Carolina. The scope of work includes the fabrication and installation of both interior and exterior signage. The selected contractor will be responsible for preparing shop drawings with appropriate sign layouts for review and approval prior to fabrication.

The project includes removing all existing interior signs, which are currently mounted on surfaces such as gypsum board and concrete block walls. The owner will identify any signage to keep; all other signs are to be removed and disposed of off-site. Removal must be conducted with care to minimize damage, and any minor damage caused during removal will be repaired by the college. New signage should be installed after all old signs have been cleared.
