(1) Vendor needs to provide building safety residential and commercial plan review services to the government authority located in AZ.– Review of Residential and Commercial Building Plans per current building codes.– Provide in–house plan reviewer availability on an as–needed basis.– Provide in–house plan reviewer availability on an as–needed basis.– Third–party Inspection services for on–site and remote inspections for Residential and Commercial projects in compliance with the building and development regulations per current code and amendments as adopted.– Residential Inspection – Knowledge and experience in all residential construction processes, including but not limited to plan reading, inspection, and inspection documentation.– Excellent written and oral communication skills. Computer experience required, including working knowledge of Excel, Word and permitting software.– Commercial Inspector – experienced in all aspects of commercial and industrial construction inspection, including but not limited to plan reading, inspection and inspection documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
