(1) Vendor needs to provide building repairs and improvements services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. • Overhead Garage Door Replacement: Replacement of two (2) overhead garage doors. One door is approximately 20’ wide x 22’ tall and the other door is approximately 18’ wide x 22’ tall. Door replacement shall include door, opener, rails, door seals, and any other necessary appurtenances for a fully functional door. • Structural Support Column Repair: Repair of corrosion damage on the three (3) structural support columns of the Bluff Road maintenance building and the frame of the gantry crane. • Bird Netting Installation and Bird Damage Repair: Installation of top seals on four overhead rolling steel doors. Cleaning existing exterior HVAC vent of bird debris and install bird screen. Removal and replacement of damaged and bird impacted insulation. Installation of bird exclusion netting. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
