(1) Vendor needs to provide building permit Amanda and citizen portal design, development, testing and enhancements service. Delivery, support, warranty, support and maintenance of the building permit portal using Amanda Citizen Portal version 2024.12.6. Professional services to support the development and implementation of permit–related functionality within the citizen portal, including: Develop and maintain an integrated project plan covering all phases, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables; Maintain a requirements traceability matrix linking requirements to design, development, testing, and deployment; Track progress against defined functionality, deliverables, and milestones; Ensure configuration aligns with approved requirements and design artifacts; Manage dependencies between workflows, integrations, and data elements; Ensure workflow configurations are reviewed and validated by business users; Track completion and readiness of each workflow for testing and deployment; Develop and manage an integration plan, including sequencing and dependencies; Track integration development, testing, and issue resolution; Develop a comprehensive testing plan covering unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); Must deliver end–user training within 24 hours of deploying the functionality and/or solution, in line with standard change management practices, to ensure proper use, adoption of portal features, and efficient operation; Provide structured post–go–live support for a defined stabilization period; Track and resolve post–deployment issues; Conduct a project closeout, including lessons learned and final documentation; Ensure compliance to SLA–based response and resolution times consistently met.
