(1) Vendor needs to provide building elevator modernization human services to the government authority located in Virginia Beach, VA. – Includes bringing the current elevators up to code and install new equipment and relocate equipment outside of elevator equipment room. Interior elevator cabs will be updated with new lighting, flooring, handrails, laminated wall hung cab panels and fixtures. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 12, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.
