The selected vendor will provide building commissioning services for the Reading Center for Active Living for the government authority in Reading, Massachusetts. The work requires a total building commissioning approach covering building envelope, HVAC, energy management control systems, data and communication systems, and other specialty systems.
The vendor must have served as the lead commissioning authority for at least three projects of comparable size, type, and scope, along with a minimum of five years of commissioning experience.
