(1) Vendor needs to provide building automation system service to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Desigo software system, they must be able to function not only as an analyst in the system, but also as an operator.– Capable of recognizing the need for software modifications to the existing system, must be able to provide back–ups, and must be able to install software revisions when they become available.– Provide the laboratory with a prompt and defined response time for service requests, particularly when they involve emergencies and/or laboratory safety or essential function.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 24, 2025.
