Vendor needs to provide budgeting software. Budgeting software to improve efficiency of the City's current budgeting process to serve citizens and staff. Software should include the ability to produce budget documents, multi–year budget projections, various graphics, and modeling consistent with the terms and conditions. Software solution is expected to import and export necessary financial and budget information to and from the ability to create a budget publication that can be formatted to meet the requirements. Publication of the budget will also be used to communicate the City's budget in an easy–to–understand format and content using graphics, charts, and tables. The software should also include a planning and forecasting module to develop multi–year budget projections. The software must be user–friendly, allowing easily retrievable and manageable information for budget analysis, decision–making, reporting, and document archiving.
