(1) Vendor needs to provide browser–based property assessment system. – The system should support, at a minimum, the following functions and operational activities performed within the Assessor division. • Parcel maintenance (creation, splits, combinations, deactivation) • Property ownership tracking • Property situs address, and mailing address tracking • Property characteristics maintenance and tracking • Permit records and New Construction Statement processing for new construction events • Property tax exemptions • Property tax exclusions/Propositions • Property appraisal and assessment for real property • Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) • Property appraisal and assessment for business personal property, boats, aircraft, and leased equipment • Annual Secured and Unsecured roll generation • Supplemental roll generation • Roll Correction and Escape assessments • Appeals management • Public inquiries for property information • Data analysis and reporting of property information and assessed values (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
