The selected vendor will assist in the placement and administration of the agency's insurance programs, including coverage analysis, claims assistance and advocacy, and insurer performance monitoring. Additional responsibilities include supporting loss control and risk management initiatives, offering ongoing advisory services, and providing periodic reporting.

Key areas of service include claims advocacy, risk mitigation, exposure analysis, and emergent claims support available 24/7. The program encompasses package insurance solutions, such as commercial property and general liability, with specific property components (building blanket, contents blanket, business income) and liability components (general liability, abuse and molestation liability, professional liability, student internship liability, and employee benefits liability). Crime insurance for risks like employee theft and fidelity exposures is also required.

Reporting will include claims summaries, exposure analysis, and insights on emerging risks, particularly relevant to higher education institutions. The contract period will span three years.
