(1) Vendor needs to provide broadway paging system upgrade to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Upgrade existing analog paging system to new and fully functioning IP based Bogen paging system. – This should include all New IP based paging speakers, with new Cat 6 cable, input/output integrated relays, with programming and configurations and site training. – New system shall be configured to work with existing Cisco IP–based phone system. • Provide, installation and configuration of a Bogen C4000 system. Including but not limited to the following: – Nyquist C4000 Series System Software License – Bundle–2 (9 Zones / 10 CCLs / 3–Yrs S/W Updates) – PBX Integration Services – Nyquist C4000 Series System Software – Queued Paging / Page Stacking License (Per Queue) – Nyquist System Controller. – Nyquist 1U Rack Mount Kit Type–1 (MMPA–I/O Controller, SYSCTRL) – Nyquist 1U Rack Mount Kit Type–2 (Single I/O Controller) – VoIP Admin Phone – Nyquist VoIP 8“ Ceiling Speaker Gen2 – Talkback – Tile Bridge – Recessed Enclosure (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026.
