(1) Vendor needs to provide Broadcom Automic UC4 license service. • The selected vendor shall provide: – A Broadcom Automic (UC4) term software license covering 1,932,000 executions in the first year – Annual support and maintenance for the license term – Documentation and guidance for license deployment and management – Consultation for license optimization based on usage telemetry – Renewal cost options for two additional one–year terms • Functional Requirements: – Continuation of the version V21 or V24 (current) UC4 license and conforms to the license requirements by UC4 under the new execution–based licensing (2) The contract period will be for one year.
