A vendor is sought to provide and manage broadcasting services for interscholastic sporting events in New Mexico. The selected vendor will develop and implement a broadcasting policy that governs the transmission of live video, audio, or text, as well as printed accounts, commercials, advertisements, sponsorships, and references made by broadcasters or writers during events. Broadcasting may take place via radio, internet, or commercial, public, cable, or satellite television channels.

Vendors must ensure that all pre-broadcast procedures do not disrupt the instructional process or warm-up periods for participating schools. The scope of services includes the broadcasting of both away events and state tournaments. The contract for these services will be established for a four-year period.
