The selected vendor will provide comprehensive broadcasting, media, and video production services, including operation of the agency's audio/visual system to produce and broadcast public meetings. This involves producing, recording, and broadcasting approximately 40 public meetings annually, including City Council, Planning Commission, and Police Advisory Commission sessions at set times and durations throughout the year.
Responsibilities include setup and teardown for meetings, routine maintenance, and minor repairs of all A/V equipment. The vendor will also create original content for the agency’s Channel 21, which may include educational videos about city services and programs, scrolling news updates, localized television series, and static informational displays such as bulletin boards. The contract period is two years, with vendor questions accepted until April 1, 2026.
