A three-year contract opportunity is available for qualified providers to deliver weekly on-site broadcast engineering and maintenance services in Florida. The scope includes maintenance and engineering of video broadcasting systems, as well as configuration, new equipment installation as needed, troubleshooting, and repairs of various legacy and modern AV, VOIP, HDSDI, 4K, photography, and videography equipment. Service requirements also cover support for NDI networks, multiple secured networks, desktop support for both Windows and Apple devices, management of petabyte-scale storage, 10G IP networks, and MAM software.

The selected contractor will be responsible not just for ongoing support and repairs, but also for providing consulting services related to all owned and operated broadcast equipment. The contract also entails occasional support for live event broadcasts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all technical needs for the broadcast environment within the designated facility.
