(1) Vendor needs to provide broadcast engineer service.– Provide on–site video broadcasting system maintenance and engineering services.– This service includes configurations, new equipment installation when needed, troubleshooting, equipment system maintenance, and repairs of legacy AV, VOIP, HDSDI, 4K, photography, and videography equipment, NDI network, multiple secured networks, desktop support for windows and apple devices, storage management of petabyte scale storage, 10G IP network, MAM software, as well as occasional live event support.– Provide related consulting services for all equipment owned and operated.– Provide broadcast engineering services on a weekly basis.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 12, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.
