The proposed network should deliver dependable high-speed internet access, offering at least gigabit symmetrical service to residents, businesses, and municipal facilities. The service is expected to be provided at affordable rates to both agency residents and businesses. The vendor will also assist the agency in assessing and implementing connectivity between agency-owned facilities that currently lack adequate network connections.
