A Washington agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive branding services. The selected vendor will develop a complete brand identity system, including a new logo adaptable for various applications in both English and Spanish. They will also create a brand standards manual to ensure brand consistency, covering usage guidelines, accessibility standards, tone and voice, and imagery style.

Additionally, the vendor will provide templates for an array of materials such as business cards, letterheads, board packets, social media graphics, website elements, PowerPoint decks, annual reports, and email signatures. Signage concepts are also required, including exterior building signage, collection signage with font specifications, and digital signage for library interiors in both English and Spanish. All assets—including files, logos, and color palettes—must be fully owned and licensed to the agency for use across print and digital platforms.
