(1) Vendor needs to provide branding and strategic marketing services: Professional services to support the development of a comprehensive strategic marketing plan and refreshed brand identity for the county event center. Scope includes project planning and administration, market research and competitive analysis, strategic brand development, content creation, and preparation of actionable marketing and media plans. Strategic branding will support efforts to recruit new events that draw regional visitors and enhance the local economy. The selected vendor must incorporate assets of the current brand that align with the new brand (logo, website, and other appropriate media). The brand identity should be easily recognizable and scalable for use across various applications, including signage, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The brand should ensure marketing materials and messaging stand out in a competitive market. The vendor will prepare a media campaign plan, including digital ads, social media content, and print materials. The vendor must also identify target audiences and key messaging strategies that incorporate recommended branding elements, using a multi–channel digital and traditional approach (website, Search Engine Optimization, social media, email, etc.). (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
