The Wisconsin State Fair Park is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive brand strategy, marketing, and advertising services over a three-year term. The selected firm will be expected to support a variety of initiatives that promote events and attract diverse audiences, including both business-to-business (B2B) strategies to secure new space rentals and business-to-consumer (B2C) efforts for events promoted by the Wisconsin State Fair Park. The scope also includes crisis communication support.
Key responsibilities will involve the development and implementation of a holistic brand strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and the identification of specific demographic and psychographic target audiences. The contractor must be adept at leveraging a mix of local, regional, and broader national or international marketing channels, tailoring campaigns to effectively engage identified audiences.
Services required encompass digital marketing campaigns such as social media marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email and SMS campaigns, and content marketing. In addition, the contractor will be responsible for the production of visually compelling multimedia content, especially videos and photography, handling all stages from pre-production to post-production to drive audience engagement and storytelling. Media planning and buying, including channel strategy, negotiation, scheduling, and trafficking, are essential components of the contract.
