(1) Vendor needs to provide brand strategy, marketing, and advertising services. Primarily utilizes local, regional, and some national and international marketing and advertising to attract visitors to events, encompassing B2B (Business–to–Business) marketing to attract new space rentals strategies, B2C (Business–to–Consumer) for Wisconsin State Fair Park promoted events, and crisis communication support. Target Audiences are specific demographic and psychographic groups; marketing and engagement efforts are designed to reach them. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy; the Contractor must provide a range of services encompassing market research, competitive analysis, target audience identification, and brand positioning. Identify and understand the target audience, their demographics, psychographics, and media consumption habits. To deliver effective digital marketing campaigns, the Contractor must provide services including social media marketing (SMM), pay–per–click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, SMS, and content marketing. To produce captivating and visually compelling multimedia content, the Contractor must provide comprehensive video and photography production services encompassing pre–production, production, and post–production. Resources may lie heavily in video production which involves producing high–quality videos which engage the audience, tell a story, and promote. To effectively plan, negotiate, and manage media purchases, the Contractor must provide media planning and buying services, including media strategy development, channel selection, scheduling, and trafficking. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
