(1) Vendor needs to provide brand management platform.– Brand Management Platform that allows the university to both create new designs in the platform and import any common design file into a branded template, enabling distributed teams to create and customize their own marketing and communications content, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity. – Ability to upload existing assets and templates and use AI to generate alternate layouts, brand language, etc. Allow AI generated templates to go through approval process to be added to the platform for broad use.– Provide a detailed implementation schedule that would detail onboarding, training and support to offered platform.– AI–powered design and content capabilities including rapid ideation, drafting, and copywriting generation– Provide details on integration with campus DAM, specifically PhotoShelter.– Integration Capabilities including APIs, SSO, and other third–party tools.– Tiered User Access and Permissions System for governance and control.– Cloud–Based Asset Management with real–time editing capabilities.– The central marketing division and its daily high–volume production and brand oversight needs.– Onboarding and Training Support for a seamless rollout and implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2025.
