(1) Vendor needs to provide brand identity refresh and digital accessibility services.– Development of a comprehensive branding stylebook while assuring compliance with digital accessibility.– Product will include a comprehensive branding stylebook with design standards as outlined below that unifies and enhances current brand identity with a focus on digital accessibility.– Prepare a brand report showing conclusions drawn from the existing brand and work with the Sterling Committee to achieve consensus on next steps.– Logo configurations identifying primary and secondary logo options, department logo configurations, logo color guidelines.– Primary and secondary brand colors and color accessibility guide.– Graphic elements/patterns to compliment logos.– E–Newsletter header examples.– Print newsletter design templates and/or recommendations.– Apparel and vehicle examples.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 09, 2026.
