(1) Vendor needs to provide box office ticketing solution.– Detail how events can be created and integrated with school social media solutions to sell and promote the event.– Can there be multiple events active for a single location, including multi day events.– Detail what technology is required to scan tickets and prevention of duplicate tickets being used and included in the pricing rates provided.– Detail process for scanning tickets and when a fraudulent ticket is found.– Detail ticket transparency, including transactional or credit card fees that will be visible to the purchaser.– Can the solution handle multi–channel sales, example, online, in person and the associated processes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
