A Maryland agency is seeking a contractor to implement and integrate the Box Document Management System (DMS) with its Salesforce platform to support approximately 200 concurrent users. The selected contractor will be responsible for deploying Box resources, setting up and fully configuring the Box DMS within the agency’s Information Technology Services (ITS), and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
The contractor will collaborate closely with the Salesforce ITS project team and agency stakeholders to finalize the solution design, ensuring it meets documented project requirements. The solution must adhere to architectural best practices, provide a secure and scalable environment, and support access and management of documents for both internal and external users.
Comprehensive documentation is required, including a solution design document, identification of any product limitations with suggested alternatives, an administrator’s guide, and user training materials for both internal and external users. The contract term is one year.
