The university is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive bookstore solution encompassing online textbook sales, digital material delivery, custom publishing, and seamless integration with the university’s Learning Management System (LMS).

The solution should enable students to purchase textbooks and course materials through an online ordering platform, offering new, used, digital, and rental options, with expedited shipping and custom pick-up solutions. The vendor must implement a streamlined workflow for textbook adoption and review, a book buy-back program, and marketing strategies to improve student engagement and accessibility. Adequate inventory of textbooks, course materials, and related academic supplies should be maintained, with availability aligned to the academic schedule.

Additionally, the vendor should provide an inclusive access program to ensure required course materials are delivered seamlessly through the LMS. This includes support for digital course materials, multimedia streaming, supplemental content, and custom-published materials, with all necessary copyright clearances, production, printing, and electronic distribution handled by the provider.

The bookstore operations should be capable of functioning independently of any merchandise operations, which may be awarded separately. The contract will be awarded for a five-year term.
