A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive software as a service (SaaS) bookstore point of sale (POS) and hardware system solution, which incorporates inventory management, customer relationship management (CRM), financial reporting, and ecommerce capabilities. The system must support sales of both textbooks and general merchandise.

The mobile platform for the solution should be compatible with iOS, Android, and various devices and browsers, including backwards compatibility for at least three previous operating system versions. Authorized users must be able to run and view reports via the mobile platform. The solution should allow access to the ERP system and transaction processing.

CRM functionality must offer a total view of student and customer information across all channels, as well as comprehensive sales history. Inventory management features should meet standards expected in a college bookstore environment.
