The City of Long Beach, California is seeking qualified vendors to provide bond underwriting services. The city intends to establish a pool of bond underwriters that can be solicited on an as-needed basis, supporting the incorporation of financing solutions for execution of its capital program.

Selected bond underwriters will be expected to commit firm capital, sell, and underwrite bonds on behalf of the city. All questions regarding this request must be submitted by February 27, 2026.
