(1) Vendor needs to provide board secretarial and risk management software.– System uses the SAAS model.– User friendly system –easy to input information and to navigate and create reports.– Best in class cyber security and data protection provisions including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role–based access controls.– The system must be secure and in line with all data protection and other regulatory requirements.– Have mature processes in place for Backups & Disaster Recovery.– Risk management software to assist in our management of risks to the organisation and lends itself to visual reporting.– Support and training as required from the Service Provider with online training for administrator and Board members, telephone and on–line support.– Several people at the same time can use the system.– Ability to manage the list of users and their level of access to the system, and particular Papers.– Repository for papers from previous meetings and reference material– Functionality to enable each member of the board to separately retain their own annotated copies of documents– Functionality to cross reference using hyperlinks within documents or between documents– Support viewing of agenda and meeting papers at the same time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2026.
