DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide board content development services to support programs that assist school districts in improving student performance and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations.

The work includes developing new governance training content and supporting resources to build the capacity of school boards and superintendents to govern effectively in pursuit of improved student outcomes. The vendor will also provide subject matter expertise and evaluator capacity to support the observation, assessment, and certification of participants pursuing Evaluating and Improving Student Outcomes (EISO) certification under established criteria and processes.

Deliverables are expected to include updated facilitator and participant materials, revised case studies, activities and assessments, a content crosswalk documenting revisions and their rationale, and recommendations for ongoing content maintenance and improvement.
