(1) Vendor needs to provide Bio–Rad unity software.– Provide Bio–Rad Unity Real–Time Subscription software and connection to meet the needs of the service. – Contract staff may require supervised access to VANTHCS P&LMS unity for software or troubleshooting purposes but will not require access to patient information. – The system is fully functional at all times including post–troubleshooting efforts; the COR and laboratory information manager will also ensure that the contractor abides by requirements of the service and maintenance contact for the software. – Provide service and support for unity located at VISN 17 pathology and laboratory medicine service. – Support of unity real time annual subscription.
