VISN 17 Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide the Bio-Rad Unity Real-Time Subscription software, including comprehensive service and support. The selected vendor will supply the necessary software subscriptions and maintain system connectivity to ensure that laboratory operations remain uninterrupted and fully functional at all times.

Contractor staff may require supervised access to the VANTHCS P&LMS Unity system for software installation or troubleshooting purposes, but will not have access to patient information. Ongoing support for the Unity Real-Time annual subscription is expected, and the contractor must adhere to all service maintenance requirements as overseen by the Contracting Officer’s Representative and the laboratory information manager.

The service contract will be awarded for a one-year term. This procurement is set aside exclusively for Total Small Business vendors.
