The government authority located in Atco, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bilingual evaluations for Child Study Teams. The selected provider will be responsible for administering culturally and linguistically appropriate cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral, and adaptive behavior assessments in both English and the student's dominant language, as appropriate. Academic achievement testing will include reading, writing, and mathematics, in addition to thorough reviews of instructional history, health, behavioral, and attendance records.

Services will also encompass parent and student interviews, as well as family interviews, all conducted in the requested language where required. Language assessments will evaluate receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language abilities, and where applicable, articulation/phonological and bilingual language proficiency. Evaluators are expected to determine language difference versus disorder and consider cultural and environmental influences.

All evaluations must result in detailed written reports with instructional recommendations, summaries for parents, and thorough analyses of students' learning strengths and needs. The contract period for these services will be two years.
