The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of Beyondtrust software subscriptions, including 30 concurrent user cloud licenses, 13,500 dedicated annual endpoint licenses, and 500 non-dedicated annual endpoint licenses for the period of February 1st, 2027, through January 31st, 2028. The purchase is for electronic delivery only.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bidder must be an authorized distributor, reseller, or service provider for all products and services offered.
Bidder must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer on the manufacturer's letterhead within 90 days of the bid due date.
If the bidder is an authorized distributor's authorized reseller, they must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer and a letter of certification from the authorized distributor.
Bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and a copy of the additional insured endorsement.
Bidder must provide a quotation.
Bidder must be registered in the County's WebVen.
Bidder must provide a letter issued by the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs if requesting the Local Small Business Enterprise preference.
