(1) Vendor needs to provide beyond trust software. • Beyond Trust software is a remote desktop support tool for the Global Service Center (GSC) and is expanded to be the remote desktop support tool for the Enterprise. • Beyond Trust software allows secure remote access and management of end–user devices. • It is primarily used for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. • This will allow the medical facilities across the enterprise to provide virtual appliances and facilitate secure remote desktop support capabilities plus dedicated engineering support to assist with RMF (Risk Management Framework) activities to ensure cyber compliance.
