Beverage Products and Services (Due July 29, 2026)

West Palm Beach is seeking a vendor to provide beverage products and equipment, along with marketing support for its waterparks and pool facilities over a five-year term.

Must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing beverages, dispensing equipment, storage equipment, marketing, sponsorship, and advertising assistance at waterparks, pools, or similar facilities
Must be registered as a vendor in the Palm Beach County Vendor Self Service (VSS) system
Must ensure all subcontractors are registered as vendors in VSS
Must provide a minimum of three references demonstrating successful provision of services within the past three years
Must submit an executed Drug-Free Workplace Certification
Must submit a Certification of Business Location and a valid Business Tax Receipt
