(1) Vendor needs to provide benefit consulting and software.– Providing fringe benefits to employees and software to facilitate benefit enrollment and billing.– Benefits software that will enable agency to continue to have consolidated enrollment, reporting, and billing for employee insurance offerings.– Software must include the following features:– Maintain benefit eligibility data– Multiple enrollment capabilities– Easy–to–read confirmation statements– 24/7 client access to employee data– Tools to support additional client processes (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
