The government authority in Los Gatos, California seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive administrative services for its Below Market Price (BMP) program. The selected consultant will serve as the primary contact agency, handling all inquiries related to the BMP program and maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders.
The consultant will be responsible for maintaining a list of local lenders, identifying those interested in participating and processing over-the-counter loans. For housing unit sales, the consultant will manage the entire process, including the advertising of available units and guiding applicants through the sales process. For rental programs, the consultant will oversee the full rental cycle, including the advertisement of available units and coordination with prospective renters.
