An organization in Oregon is seeking to procure behavioural support systems services. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a multi-faceted solution that includes digital curricula, resources, professional learning, and progress monitoring tools tailored to support Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), life skills development, and behavioral health.

The desired solution should offer a cohesive, evidence-based sequence for SEL while improving school climate, increasing student engagement, and establishing a robust, multi-level support system to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Preference will be given to systems designated by the Collaborative for Academic and Social-Emotional Learning (CASEL).

Key components include structured processes for developing community agreements, frameworks for skill-building in emotional regulation, and self-regulation tools to empower students and staff in managing emotional triggers. The scope of work also encompasses developmentally appropriate lesson materials for grades K-5, a staff-focused onboarding and implementation plan, and an administrative dashboard for tracking implementation progress and student outcomes. The contract term will be three years.
