Vendor needs to provide behavioural risk factor surveillance system to the government authority located in NY. The Behavioural Risk Factor Surveillance System is a telephone survey of adults that is administered by the agency in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The BRFSS (Behavioural Risk Factor Surveillance System) survey collects information about health conditions, behaviors and other factors contributing to the health of the population. Information collected during the BRFSS interview from survey participants is anonymous. Conduct Project Planning: The consultant will review the draft project plan, provide written feedback to agency and will participate in one (1) phone call/virtual meeting with agency to discuss project expectations, timeline of the project, and finalize the overall project plan. Develop Focus Group Moderator Guide and Training: The consultant will use topics provided by agency to create the focus group moderator guide and train their staff to facilitate and lead focus groups. Develop Focus Group Recruitment Planning and Promotional Materials: The consultant will develop a recruitment plan and associated materials to reach the community of focus to ensure optimal attendance from the priority population. All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
