(1) Vendor needs to provide behaviour analyst deficient application processing strategy service.– Behaviour analyst application processing solution that consists of adding a part–time resource to our team to manage submitted applications that present with deficiencies.– Submitted applications require dedicated staff attention and communication exchanges with applicants that adversely impact the processing velocity of all applications.– Agency seeks a solution to route deficient applications from the main processing queue (approximately 290) and to assign a dedicated specialist to process them to completion for purposes of substantive review.– Additional resource aims to increase our processing capacity and velocity by expediting non–deficient applications to the Committee on behaviour analysts; while providing applicants whose submissions contain deficiencies with dedicated support.– Contractor shall process to administrative completeness all applications forwarded by the Licensing Specialist that present with discernible substantive deficiencies.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
