(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health simulation modules system.– Design and develop AI simulation software, including immersive, scenario–based simulations.– Create diverse virtual characters representing various cultural backgrounds, ages, and behavioral health conditions.– Implement natural language processing capabilities to enable realistic dialogue between trainees and virtual characters.– Develop adaptive algorithms that modify scenarios based on trainee responses.– Ensure compatibility learning management systems and educational technology infrastructure.– Create a minimum of 24 distinct simulated training scenarios addressing various behavioral health conditions and settings and allow the student.– Develop comprehensive debriefing materials for each scenario.– Provide all necessary hardware and software for implementation.– Create comprehensive training materials for system operators and faculty to play various roles.– Design for both classroom and remote learning application.– Provide faculty development to support effective use of the simulation technology.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025.
