A government authority in Santa Ana, California is seeking a vendor to provide behavioral health and drug Medi-Cal substance abuse administrative services. The selected provider will act as an Administrative Services Organization (ASO) for the County Behavioral Health Plan (BHP), Specialty Mental Health Services (SMSH) and Drug Medi–Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC–ODS).
Scope of work includes managing and delivering services to meet the needs of BHP Medi-Cal members, including operating a twenty-four hour, seven days a week member Access Line. The provider will conduct screening and facilitate information and linkage to behavioral health treatment services, ensuring timely and satisfactory support for agency members.
