This comprehensive digital platform will provide live, user-friendly, and location-specific data on county beaches to the public, focusing on real-time reporting of wave height, rip tides, wind speed, and water temperature for each individual beach location.

The platform must present clear information on current hazards, automatically aggregating and synchronizing data from a diverse array of local, regional, and national sources. Accessibility is key, with the dashboard required to be mobile-friendly, easy to navigate, and available in multiple languages to serve all users. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining and hosting the platform throughout the contract period, which is set for one year.
