The state of Texas is seeking a vendor to supply the Battelle Developmental Inventory, Third Edition, an assessment tool designed for early childhood intervention program contractors. This tool is used to evaluate children's developmental milestones across five key domains: communication, social-emotional, adaptive, motor, and cognitive.

In addition to the inventory tool, the vendor will provide access to the web-based Riverside Score system. This platform allows contractors to electronically enter raw scores, assessment data, and test session observations, supporting both English and Spanish languages. These resources are intended to streamline and enhance reporting and evaluation processes in early childhood programs.
