The scope of work includes establishing a secure website gateway for property tax collections—covering real estate, secured, and unsecured property—as well as offering reliable safekeeping and custody platforms either directly or via a correspondent relationship. Vendors must also utilize lockbox services for annual property tax processing, which involves depositing checks via Image Cash letter, imaging checks and coupons, creating payment files from scanned coupon data, and submitting encrypted data through secure FTP.
