The selected vendor will assign a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison with Pace and ensure the implementation of internet banking access for functionalities such as wire initiation, internal transfers, ACH processing (debit and credit), supervisory control over security access levels, and the ability to review and print monthly statements.

A central depository account will be established for handling the bulk of banking operations, including incoming and outgoing wire and ACH transactions, lockbox deposits, remote deposit capture (RDC) deposits, internal transfer initiations like ZBA funding, and cash deposits from divisions.
