The government authority in Nebraska is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive banking services. This includes general banking and treasury management, ATM installation and management in terminal facilities, and online credit card processing for tenants, with transaction fees handled by tenants. The vendor will also be responsible for implementing and administering a company credit card program, as well as offering an overnight sweep product to optimize earnings on excess balances.
The authority currently maintains one primary banking relationship supporting eleven demand deposit accounts. The selected vendor will need to establish and maintain multiple bank accounts, provide accurate records of activities, facilitate online transfers, and support banking functions with multi-user, role-based access controls. Online access to both current and prior day reporting is required, with statements and reports delivered in PDF format and download capabilities in Excel.
The vendor must provide detailed monthly account analysis statements for each account and a consolidated statement showing charges for all account services. Additional responsibilities include reporting batch payment and receipt details, daily deposit processing with next-day funds availability, remote check depositing, and ATM deposit capabilities at local branches throughout Omaha. The contract period will be for one year.
