The selected vendor will be responsible for facilitating online banking services, including daily reporting for each account, positive pay for a controlled disbursement account, and overnight investment of account balances at a fixed or variable rate. Additional requirements include email notification for payroll returns, email verification for positive pay file receipts, and provision of customized three-part deposit tickets and tamper-resistant deposit bags.

The vendor must accept overnight deposits through a secure night drop, furnish five keys for agency access, and permit wire transfers both verbally and online with secondary authorization.
