The province of Ontario is seeking a vendor to deliver an integrated backup system and disaster recovery solution. The proposed solution must operate within a Canadian data centre, ensuring Canadian data residency, and offer comprehensive support for both virtual and physical environments. Key technical requirements include the provision of immutable backups and compatibility with leading virtualization platforms such as VMware and HyperV. The solution must also support backup and restoration of physical servers running a variety of operating systems.
