(1) Vendor needs to provide backup system and disaster recovery solution. – The proposed solutions must fully integrate with each other to provide a modernized Backup and Disaster Recovery solution that will work seamlessly together and can operate cohesively to ensure continuity and resilience. • Technical Requirements: – Hosted environment and ALL Data to reside in a Canadian Data Centre – Solution must provide immutable backups – Solution must be able to backup and restore a virtualized VMWare environment – Solution must be able to backup and restore a virtualized HyperV environment – Solution must be able to backup and restore physical / bare metal servers running various OS – Ability to integrate with Entra ID (or Local Domain) for SSO (single sign–on) • Future BU System and DR Solution are components that require integrations: – Current COS Dell Servers running Microsoft Windows – Servers running Virtualized environments (VMware and HyperV) with Windows and Various Linux Virtual – Current and Future BU System – Enterprise applications backups and restores (including SQL and PostGres) (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
