(1) Vendor needs to provide awards, custom apparel and promotional items supplies.– These items will support instructional programs, athletics, fine arts, extracurricular activities, staff recognition, community engagement events, and district–wide initiatives.– Provide high–quality awards, apparel, and promotional products.– Offer competitive pricing, including volume discounts.– Deliver products within agreed–upon timelines.– Provide artwork proofing and approval prior to production.– Maintain consistent branding standards in accordance with District guidelines.– Coordinate directly with designated campus or department staff.– Provide responsive customer service and order tracking.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on March 02, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026.
