(1) Vendor needs to provide automated vehicle location system for a mixed fleet of cars and trucks. – The Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) system should support all fleet vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, and other construction equipment and must operate across the designated geographic coverage area. – The solution should include both hardware and software, ensuring reliable, secure, and accurate tracking data. – Software Requirements • Real–time web and mobile dashboard • Historical trip logs with customizable date ranges • Geofencing alerts and notifications • Maintenance scheduling and reminders • Driver performance and behavior analytics • Open API for integration with ERP or dispatch systems • Integration capability with a ESRI ArcGIS environment • Including support for ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise to enable real–time vehicle location visualization on GIS maps, spatial analysis, and geospatial reporting. – Hardware Requirements • GPS tracking devices (OBD–II plug–in, hardwired, or OEM integration) • Ruggedized units for heavy–duty trucks • Battery backup in case of power disconnects, optional • Weatherproof and vibration–resistant enclosures, optional (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
